UPDATE!!

Ricky fitted a new shower tray, screen, cladding, pipework and mixer. I must say his work is absolutely incredible, highest standard of work I have ever seen. Ricky worked hard, very friendly, motivated and walked us through every step of the job and made sure we was happy at every milestone. We booked them in from a previous leak job as it was a temp fix until we could get the new shower installed. We asked Ricky to swap from a electric shower to a mixer, not a problem. Ricky uncovered some nasty work done by a previous "" plumber "" - it was bad. Ricky didn't have any issues making sure it was done properly this time. We are so happy with their work and I mean it these guys are the guys you want working on your plumbing or projects they are gold!!! You can hunt down and go through many other plumbers but I really would highly recommend these guys. Ricky thank you for the quick turn around and fantastic job you done, you guys should be proud!! We will 100% be asking you back for the other plumbing work required for the loft renovations.

Highly recommend Ricky! Such a great bloke, independent plumber who grafts! Excellent work to help us resolve a leak, he came out very polite and professional, great with my kids, Ricky is a family man, it's nice to see someone who not only excels in his work but also has a human front and not like some companies who just wants to get in do the job and charge a fortune, Ricky takes pride in his work and I can honestly say you won't be disappointed using Ricky / Elite plumbing! Ricky was reactive and throughoutly investigated our leak and knew exactly what to do! We will be using Ricky again without a doubt! Top workmanship and such a friendly guy! Thank you Ricky - Elite plumbing for helping us, absolute 5 star company to deal with.

Ricky responded promptly to an email I sent about replacing my boiler and a bathroom. He came out at our earliest convenience, explained everything thoroughly and gave us plenty of options to choose from that would be most convenient for us. He fitted our new boiler efficiently and to a very high standard. He then provided us a quote for our bathroom, again explaining everything professionally and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. He is extremely friendly and personable, and went above and beyond over the whole process. Our bathroom is exactly how we wanted it and better! The standard of his work was excellent, I would highly recommend this business and Ricky specifically and will definitely be using him again in the future.

We honestly cannot recommend Ricky highly enough. He undertook a huge project for us, completely renovating three bathrooms and a separate WC. This involved stripping out very dated suites and tiles and taking everything back to bare brick with exposed pipework – no small task.

From day one, Ricky was an absolute pleasure to have in our home over the months he was here. His workmanship is exceptional, with meticulous attention to detail and an obvious pride in everything he does. He is also one of the tidiest tradespeople we’ve ever come across, and we loved the way he carefully documented the work at every single stage, which gave us complete peace of mind.

It was our decision to have all three bathrooms done at the same time, and it could have been incredibly stressful. However, we always felt we were in very safe hands. Our confidence in Ricky grew with each passing day, not only because of the quality of his work but also because he was just as passionate about creating our dream bathrooms as we were.

As well as being an accomplished and outstanding plumber, Ricky also tiled all the floors and decorated each bathroom himself. He project-managed all outsourced work, including electrics and plastering, with military precision, ensuring everything ran smoothly and met his exceptionally high standards. This removed so much stress and responsibility from us and made the entire process far easier to live with.

We are absolutely thrilled with the results and will definitely be asking Ricky to return to do our downstairs cloakroom. A true professional in every sense of the word.

We feel very fortunate to have found Ricky. He was recommended to us by a highly respected bathroom designer who trusts Elite Plumbing Heating Solutions for all their clients – and with good reason.

Ricky’s knowledge, experience, and expertise are outstanding. When we moved into our old house, we discovered a number of plumbing issues. Ricky took the time to clearly explain the different options available, so we felt fully informed and never pressured into unnecessary work. It was refreshing to deal with someone so open and honest.

We still have more work planned for our home, and there’s no question that Ricky will be the only person we call. He takes real pride in his craft, combines it with old-fashioned values, and genuinely cares about making sure his customers are happy.

We cannot recommend Ricky highly enough.
